About the Masseria

Masseria Terra Santa is an authentic 300-year-old, 30-hectare estate in Valle d'Itria, Puglia, between Monopoli and Alberobello, with a vineyard, a chapel, and an eight-bedroom home.

We have spent the past four years restoring it, and the process will be complete by January 2027.

The villa sleeps up to 20 guests, with expansive indoor event spaces alongside the bedrooms. Terra Santa can host up to 140 seated indoors, and 400 outdoors — space enough for a yoga retreat among the olive trees, a wedding under the Puglian sky, or a family reunion around a long table.
